Delete your Peak Golf account

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. 01Open the Peak Golf app and sign in.
2. 02Open Profile.
3. 03Select Delete Account.
4. 04Review the information shown and confirm the request.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@peak-golf.com from the email address associated with your Peak Golf account. Use the subject "Peak Golf account deletion". Include the account email address and, if known, the sign-in method used. Do not send passwords or full payment details.

What happens next

• We may ask you to verify control of the account or email address.
• After verification, we will delete the account and delete or irreversibly anonymise associated personal data, unless limited retention is legally required.
• We aim to complete verified requests without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days.
• A minimal compliance, fraud-prevention or legal-claims record may be retained where lawful.
• Aggregated or irreversibly anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Important: cancel your subscription separately

Data covered

Deletion covers account and profile information, account-linked golf information, authentication links, app settings and other account-linked data held by Peak Golf, subject to limited lawful retention. Apple and Google maintain their own transaction and account records under their policies.
